How do I make a booking for a pick-up or delivery?
Simply email freight@platinumfreigthco.com.au or call/text 0492 979 270.
What areas do you deliver to?
We do daily runs from Mildura/Red Cliffs/Irymple to:
Zone 1: Robinvale, Buronga, Euston, Gol Gol, Happy Valley Road, Mildura
Zone 2: Annuello, Cabrita, Hocking Road, Irymple, Merbein, Red Cliffs, Tol Tol, Trentham
Zone 3: Bannerton, Boundary Bend, Lake Powell, Monak, Wemen
Zone 4: Goodnight, Hattah, Kenley, Liparoo, Manangatang, Tooleybuc
Zone 1: Robinvale, Buronga, Euston, Gol Gol, Happy Valley Road, Mildura

What is the cut-off time for same day delivery?
If you're in our Zone 1, 2 or 3 and need something from Mildura, let us know by 9:45am and it will ensure same day delivery. If you need something to get from Zone 1, 2 or 3 to Mildura, please let us know by 12pm for same day delivery. Zone 4 areas will either be overnight deliveries or approx. 48 hours from pick up.
What sort of items can you pick-up and deliver?
We have the ability to cart parcels of all sizes, flowers, pallets, steel, skids, shuttles/IBCs, pallets, tyres, and furniture.
Do you have a drop off point in Mildura?
We have a depot in Buronga that has a dedicated zone for small items drop-offs. These will need to be booked prior to dropping off, simply call 0492 979 270 to book. All items requiring a forklift or some kind of assistance will be picked up.
What time are your depots open?
Robinvale depot is open from 9am - 2pm daily. Our Buronga depot is by appointment only.
How much does it cost to have something picked up or delivered?
Pricing depends on the size, weight and quantity of the item. We would be happy to provide you with a specialised quote, simply click here to fill out the details and we will get back to you.
Do you also go to Swan Hill for deliveries and pick-ups?
We are currently working with other freight companies to provide an on-forwarding service so clients and customers can get items from Mildura all the way to Swan Hill and vice versa.
